A little help.
Questions about your pages, publishing or account? Get in touch and tell us what you’re trying to do.
If something isn’t working, include your site link, what happened and whether you’re using the app or a browser.
Make a page. Share a link.
Start with “Make something”, add your photos or words, and choose a look. Preview your page before publishing. After publishing, use Share or Copy link to send it to someone.
You can come back to edit whenever you like. Publish your changes when you’re ready for visitors to see them.
Missing a domain verification email?
If it never arrived, was deleted or went to the wrong address, open domain verification. Sign in with the same Apple or Google account you use in Edition to request another email, change its destination or check whether verification is complete.
These controls work in your phone’s browser too. You do not need to buy the domain again.
How credits work
Adding and publishing your own photos and words does not use credits. Asking Edition to create or change content uses credits. The charge is calculated after a successful request, based on usage. Failed requests are not deducted from your Edition balance.
Monthly credits reset each billing cycle and are used first. Credits bought in a pack are separate and do not expire. Your remaining balance includes both.
Purchases and subscriptions
In the app, open Account → Credits → Get more to see credit packs, monthly plans and local prices. Use Restore purchases to check purchases associated with your Apple account.
To cancel an Apple subscription, use Manage subscription in the app. Your current period remains available until it ends. Apple handles refund requests for Apple purchases. For questions about a domain purchase or other billing, email us.
Your account and privacy
In Account → Privacy choices, you can change optional usage reporting, crash reporting and permission for generation requests. You can keep editing and publishing your own content without enabling those options.
Delete account is available in Account. It takes that account’s sites offline and removes access for its members. Cancel any Apple subscription separately through Manage subscription.
